Backup data from customer specified locations. Reinstall Windows Operating System including drivers for all installed hardware. Reinstall other software as requested. Install all Windows critical updates. Setup one existing e-mail account. Configure access to the internet. Enable basic security functions. Transfer data back to your PC.
All software and product keys must be provided by the customer (either original installtion media or download locations). All passwords (for Windows, e-mail, internet access, etc.) must be supplied by the customer. All data to be backed up must be specified by the customer.

I have had multiple problems with my computer and after no success with geek squad Steve came to the rescue and figured out the problems and i have had no problems since! He is very good at what he does and I reccommend him greatly to anyone that has any type of computer problems!
