You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Mr. Steve to perform diagnostic repair or other services on your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Mr. Steve’s total liability for damages related to his services is limited to the total amount you pay for his services, and you release Mr. Steve from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
For any on location services, someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times while Mr. Steve is on site to approve all work completed.
Any required travel outside of the city of Fort Smith may result in additional charges.
Mr. Steve reserves the right to refrain from providing any or all services ordered and refund the customer's payment, wholly or in part, if technical conditions or customer requirements are unusual, extensive, or beyond the scope of this service agreement as reasonably determined by Mr. Steve.
